Reef Fish Wholesalers is a Sydney-based, leading Aquarium Fish Importer and Wholesaler. We supply an extensive variety of unique, premium Saltwater and Freshwater Fish and pride ourselves on our quality, volume, competitive pricing and range that we offer.
We trade wholesale to bricks and mortar Aquarium and Pet Retail Shops Australia-wide, with customer-facing shopfronts. We do not sell directly to the public.
Our state-of-the-art facility utilizes cutting-edge technology, custom-built biological and mechanical filtration systems and harnesses best-in-class animal husbandry practices to ensure our livestock maintains optimum health.
Our staff have a breadth of experience and technical expertise to not only service our facility, but also offer our Wholesale Customers exceptional post-sales customer service and technical support.
ReefFishWholesalers.com is an intuitive retailer portal which allows retailers to browse our inventory and manage their orders.
All Aquarium Stores are welcome to apply for a wholesale login to our site. Please register by filling out an online Wholesale Application
You will receive an email notification once your Wholesale account is approved. Once logged into our site, you will be able to view stock prices, place orders and manage your Reef Fish Wholesalers online account.
Sydney Office Hours of Operation: Pickups are by scheduled 2 days a week, within a 2-hour time slot. We will not accept any inspections of our stock or allow order pickups which have not been ordered in advance.
Order Payment and Warehouse Pickup Procedure
Please follow the following rules in regards to pickup of stock:

1. Ensure that you register on our website and place your order. You will receive order confirmation invoice via email upon checkout. Orders must be paid strictly within 7 days of invoice date by Direct Deposit or Cheque.

2. Once you have paid for your order, we will send your pickup booking or delivery details via email.

3. For pickup, pick up your order as per your pickup booking. If you are unable to attend your scheduled time, email sales@reeffishwholesalers.com ASAP and we'll reschedule your pickup to the next day or another available date.
NOTE: Under no circumstances can you or your representative(s) visit our warehouse to inspect stock or to pick up stock without a pickup booking or outside the pickup booking slot.
